With more than 20 years in the field of architecture, MaeKeng has flourished in the multi-family market, designing and developing housing communities for families, transitional populations, those with special needs, students and seniors, including projects for ambulatory seniors, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. 

Her experience both as a designer and construction manager makes her an adept problem solver with a multi-dimensional perspective. “I have found communication to be the most powerful skill in this line of work. I have learned that most challenges can be resolved when we simply listen and then speak with intention and purpose. Listening reduces unnecessary frustration and expedites the path to creative resolution.”
