Supporting this community is 25,500 square feet of versatile commercial space—including retail, traditional office, and innovative live-work environments—all supported by a 225-stall underground parking facility.

The building’s public identity is defined by a vibrant, colorful archway situated at the street corner, acting as a visual gateway that draws the surrounding energy into the heart of the site. Beyond and around this focal piece lies a central courtyard.
