Door of Hope's multifamily complex will house 20 families.
Resident spaces include a communal kitchen, multipurpose room and community garden.
There will also be access to on-site counseling, child care, and case management.
The design includes a managers office with sleep quarters.
Designed for the Cesar Chavez Foundation, the Esteban E. Torres Village project provides 51 units of affordable family housing.
