Provide on-site construction observation | assume six (6) site visits total

Witness + approve Contractor test panel of pressure washing procedures to ensure proper pressure at nozzle and technique 

Witness + approve pointing procedures at Contractor test panel to ensure proper technique, mortar color, texture + contour 

Witness + approve Contractor test panel of waterproofing material + application to ensure compliance with specification 

Perform final inspection of Contractor’s work to ensure compliance with specifications 

Perform final inspection of Contractor’s UV window film work to ensure compliance with specifications 

Witness final water test of copper gutter system to ensure Contractor’s compliance with specifications 

Develop specification for removal + replacement of existing UV film applied to interior grand windows 

Develop specification for water testing + repair of existing internal copper gutter system above grand windows
