As Director of Operations and Finance, Natoya directs the firm’s human resources, financial, and administrative operations. An essential member of the ONYX management team, Natoya leads the monitoring and reporting of key financial metrics in support of firmwide operational and financial goals. Her skills are instrumental to the development of administrative processes that maximize efficiency and oversight. Natoya represents the firm’s commitment to a culture of candor, competence and impact.
Natoya holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Developmental Psychology from the College of New Rochelle and an MBA in Business Administration.
